Overview At Ikay-SpoonsNG, we are committed to providing high-quality kitchen utensils, including knives, spoons, plates, breakable and unbreakable sets, hot plates, kettles, blenders, graters, and more. Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or damaged kitchen utensils
Items not in their original packaging
Perishable goods (e.g., food items stored in our containers)
Intimate or sanitary kitchen items (e.g., reusable straws, dish sponges)
Gift cards
Health and personal care items

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items with minor damages not due to our error
Items missing parts not due to our error
Returns made more than 7 days but within 30 days after delivery (subject to evaluation)

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
